THE VENUE

Choosing the right venue is perhaps the most important decision of any event.

 

At Raintree we have unique outdoor venue. Set in a natural landscape with the Umwinsi river running through, our magnificent trees and landscaped gardens offer a beautiful backdrop to any event.

Our different sites on premises can handle a tender moment with a smaller group of 20 up to an unforgettable ceremony of 350. Each location is designed and catered to your events needs and vision

THE WEDDING

Our exclusive, up market services for weddings include; • Wedding day planning and coordinator

• Bar and cocktail stand set ups including bar and waiter staff.

• Custom gourmet meals prepared by expert caterers

• Event accessories including chivari chairs, tables, cutlery, crockery, glassware, linens, lining, dance floor, fairy lights, cake table, dj tables, gift table and the bar setup.

• We can also supply all toiletries and a vintage change room for the bride.

• Event management including waiter services, security, standby electrician, backup power supply, parking attendants and toilet attendants.

 

We also allow you to supply a bottle of red and white wine and one bottle of champagne per table corkage free.

THE CEREMONY

We have a number of different ceremony sites on location, each manicured to suit your particular taste and style. The ceremony area is included in the venue fee.

For the ceremony we provide;

• All necessary set ups

• Wimbledon chairs for your guests

• Aisle carpet options of red, white or hessian

• A registry and alter table and DJ table with linens

• A set up area for cocktails with cocktail tables, trestle tables, with linens and martini glasses.

 

We usually offer welcome drinks for the post ceremony and these are non-alcoholic punch served in gorgeous silver urns, alcoholic punch is available on request.

We normally suggest that our clients choose to have canapés for their post ceremony.
